Governing Law



These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

the State of New York and the United States of America, without reference to any

choice of law rules under New York law. You agree that any action at law or in equity

arising out of or relating to these Terms or relating to your use of this Web Site will be

filed only in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you

agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating

any such action, and to waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.



Termination
