Arrow Tool Group “Go for the Goal” Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK AND RHODE ISLAND.
1. Eligibility
The Arrow Tool Group “Go for the Goal” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, District of Columbia, and Canada excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Arrow Tool Group (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on April 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 6, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.
3. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, participants must visit the official campaign landing page or follow the entry instructions provided on Arrow Tool Group’s or Serena Appiah’s (@ThriftDiving) social-media channels.
Follow all prompts to complete and submit the online entry form.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
4. Prizes
Winners: 3 winners will each receive one (1) “Arrow Go for the Goal Bundle / Box of Tools” containing Arrow Tool Group tools (may include items from Arrow, Pony Jorgensen, WorkPro, or Shop-Vac; exact items determined by Sponsor) used to complete the backyard soccer project and (1) $500 Visa Gift Card. Total Tool Prizes: 3 Approximate retail value (“ARV”) per individual tool varies by model.
The ARV of any single Go for the Goal Prize Box or other prize will not exceed $600.
Total ARV of all prizes combined will not exceed $1,800.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the close of the Promotion Period.
The drawing will be conducted on or about May 10, 2025 under the supervision of the Sponsor.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within ten (10) business days of the drawing.
Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and/or provide additional information as a condition of receiving a prize.
6. Taxes and Reporting
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to any winner whose cumulative prize value equals or exceeds $600, as required by law.
7. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, participants grant Arrow Tool Group the right to use their name, likeness, social-media handle, statements, and any submitted photos or videos for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; or any errors or omissions in promotional materials.
